"Work joyfully and peacefully, knowing that right thoughts and right efforts inevitably bring about right results."
One right thought and the life is made. One wrong thought and the life is destroyed for the thoughts translate into actions. This is apt for any human being, whether it is for a prisoner or the so called normal human being. To strike the right balance between the mind and physical being, a special event was conducted by the collaborative efforts of Antarkranti, DJJS and District Jail, Kurukshetra, Haryana.
Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) was central to the helm of affairs of the event. The event was the inauguration of Control Room in the Jail Premises of Kurukshetra, on 16th June, 2016. Lamp lightening ceremony was performed by Shri Shyam Singh Rana Ji, the Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS) of Haryana Government. An august presence of various other eminent guests- Shri Dhuman Singh Ji, BJP leader & Member (Legal Department); Dr. Hawa Singh Ji (Ex-Registrar, Kurukshetra University); Shri Khareti Lal Singla (Businessman); Satyander Kumar, (Member, Sat Foundation) and Ms. Vimla, (DSP, Kurukshetra Jail) Haryana, was also witnessed at the event.
The event was followed by the delivery of beautiful recitations of ‘Gurbani Shabad’ and its description, by Shri Gurudev Ji and Shri Gurpreet Singh Ji, Representative, DJJS, which touched the very core of the heart of all attendees. The importance Guru holds in an individual’s life was all echoed during the spiritual discourse- ‘Gurbani Vichar’ conducted by Antarkranti, DJJS.
“”Gurbani is a sacred literature containing the words of wisdom or words of conscious mind which can be understood and realized only by the grace of Perfect Spiritual Master of the time.
Showers of divine grace were poured in the minds of 200 prisoners attending the event who self-witnessed the feeling of eternal bliss. Antarkranti Program of DJJS won accolades and was presented a special memento from Shri Shyam Singh Rana, the Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) of Haryana Government, for its consistent efforts and contribution in correcting the mindset of offenders.
